TrackHoops Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using TrackHoops accounts, organization tools, athlete profiles, activity tracking, and challenge workflows.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using TrackHoops, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use TrackHoops on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use TrackHoops.

TrackHoops Service

TrackHoops provides tools for basketball organizations to manage teams, athlete profiles, workouts, shooting activity, challenges, leaderboards, notifications, and related accountability workflows.

TrackHoops is not a substitute for coaching judgment, medical advice, parental supervision, or organization policies.

Accounts And Organization Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

Organization admins are responsible for creating and managing appropriate team, coach, guardian, and athlete access within their organization.

Guardian And Athlete Profiles

Parent and guardian users may be linked to athlete profiles. Guardians are responsible for ensuring that information entered for linked athlete profiles is accurate and appropriate.

Athlete activity entered through a guardian account is stored against the selected athlete profile while retaining the authenticated account for audit and accountability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TrackHoops, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use TrackHoops in a way that violates applicable laws or organization policies.

TrackHoops may restrict or suspend access if we believe the service is being misused or an account creates risk for users, organizations, or the platform.

Data And Content

Organizations and users are responsible for the data they submit to TrackHoops, including athlete profile information, activity logs, team assignments, and invitation details.

TrackHoops may process submitted data to provide dashboards, challenge progress, leaderboards, notifications, and administrative workflows.

Service Availability

We work to keep TrackHoops available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider issues, or events outside our control.

TrackHoops may change, improve, or discontinue features over time.

Intellectual Property

TrackHoops, including its name, brand assets, design, software, and documentation, is owned by TrackHoops or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service except as permitted by these terms or written permission.

Disclaimers

TrackHoops is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that every statistic, leaderboard, reminder, or report will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every coaching or organizational decision.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackHoops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
