TrackHoops Privacy Policy

This page describes how TrackHoops collects, uses, and protects information for account holders, organizations, and athlete profiles.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Information We Collect

TrackHoops may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization memberships, role assignments, and communication preferences.

Organizations may create athlete profiles that include names, team assignments, jersey numbers, workout activity, shooting session totals, challenge progress, and related basketball development information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the TrackHoops service, authenticate users, manage organization access, support athlete activity logging, calculate challenge progress, display leaderboards, and send product-related notifications.

We may use aggregate and operational data to monitor reliability, improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

Athlete Profiles And Guardian Access

TrackHoops is designed for basketball organizations that may manage youth athlete profiles. Parent or guardian accounts may be linked to athlete profiles so they can view progress, receive notifications, and help record activity.

Athlete profiles do not replace parental or organizational responsibilities for appropriate data entry, supervision, and consent.

Email And Notifications

TrackHoops may send invitation emails, challenge reminders, account-related messages, and service notifications. In-app notifications may also be shown to users with access to an organization or linked athlete profile.

Transactional email providers may process email addresses and delivery metadata so TrackHoops can deliver these messages.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, logging, and security. These providers are used to operate and improve TrackHoops.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support organizations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate activity and audit history.

Organizations may request assistance with account or data changes by contacting TrackHoops.

Security

TrackHoops uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect account access, organization boundaries, and athlete data.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
